Registration is required for all participants. All registration should be made via the following link: link coming soon, thank you for your patience.
1st step: create an account for the conference by signing in and submitting some personal information
2nd step: a confirmation email will land in your mailbox to confirm your registration.
After submitting your personal data, you will receive a confirmation email with a link (please check your Spam folder as well!).

Please note, that you can login to your account and edit the details as many times as you wish, until the given deadlines.

Registration fee includes the following:
admission to all scientific programs and exhibition
program- and abstract booklet
coffee breaks
lunches on 22, 23, 24 September
Get together on 21 September
The registration fee doesn’t include the evening social programs on 22 and 23 September. Participation is optional and can be ordered via the online registration system.
Details of these social programs are to be announced later on this website and via circular.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
All reserved services (registration fee, accommodation, social program etc.) should be settled within the payment deadline. Reserved, but unpaid services will automatically be deleted.

CANCELLATION, REFUND POLICY
All cancellation should be sent in written form to the Congress Secretariat ([email protected] ).
Early-bird registration fee should be settled until 30 June 2025. Unpaid registration fees will be automatically modified to “Late registration fee”.
All fees (registration, accommodation, optional programs) must be settled until 21 July 2025. In case of cancellation by 21 July 2025, the paid fees will be refunded after deducting 20% administration fee.
In case of cancellation after 21 July 2025, the paid fee cannot be refunded, but the reserved services can be transferred to another participant until 21 August 2025. In case of name change we charge a one-time administration fee of 10 EUR.
Registration system will close on 21 August 2025. After this date no modification is possible.
Please NOTE that we have to maximize the number of participants to 300. After reaching this we have to close the registration even before this date.
All ordered, but not used and not cancelled services must be settled, based on the invoice.
Organisers reserve the right to cancel the entire event in the absence of sufficient applications or due to circumstances preventing the event to organise (e.g. current legislation). In case of cancellation of the event the organisers will inform the registered participants and the paid participation fee will be refunded.
